Offshore designed Roberts 40 Ketch. This yacht was finished and first launched in 2010, then lightly used and shows exceptionally well. Professional finish work through out and fully equipped. Hand laid fibreglass hull with beautiful teak and mahogany decking.
This is a cutter ketch rig with 2012 sails, aluminum masts, selftailing winches and heavy wire rigging. Volvo Penta 43HP diesel engine with approx 40 hours.

Interior is very comfortable; V berth with head and sink, main salon with large dinette, L shaped galley with refrigeration, aft double cabin with private head and shower stall. Tons of storage throughout!

Accommodations
Custom layout in teak and mahogany. Forward there is a pullman berth with storage in lockers and drawers; head and sink with privacy pocket door. The main salon has a large U shaped dinette,opposite settee.. Aft of the main salon is the U shape galley that offers plenty of room for the cruising gourmet; 12/110volt fridge freezer, double SS sink,three burner propane stove with oven. A real navigation area lays to starboard. Office/work bench area in passage to the double aft cabin. Aft cabin has it's own private enclosed head with separate shower stall. Plenty of storage draws and lockers make the aft cabin a true owner's state room.
Hull and Deck
Solid fibreglass hull below the water line and core above. Lead incased keel, skag hung rudder. Wood deck with teak and mahogany glued on decking. 11 opening ports and 2 fixed, 2 hatches, hard dodger with a bimini top, double life lines with 3 opening gates, bow and stern pulpits, seating on stern pulpit, centre cockpit with wheel steering, bow sprit with double anchor roller.
