The yacht sleeps 2-4 and has 6’6” headroom. 

Queen sized berth forward with lockers port and starboard; cedar lines hanging lockers.. There is a bar with sink to starboard with flat screen TV facing forward and wine cooler below. There is a ‘L’ shaped settee to port with an enclosed head, with separate shower stall, opposite to starboard. There are 3 steps up to the helm-station which also incorporates the galley. The helm is forward to starboard and there are Stidd helmsman’s and mate’s chairs port and starboard. The galley is aft to port. There are roomy settees port and starboard under the hard-top with anthwartships seating aft. There are drop curtains at the aft end of the hard-top; cockpit shower.. 

The Galley includes a 110 volt refrigerator; 2 – 12 volt drawer fridges; a Garneau electric grill; a convection-microwave oven; a portable electric an induction hot-plate; an ice cooler;  and sink with counter and locker space.

The Head has an electric Vacu-Flush electric  marine toilet connected to a holding tank. There is a sink, marble vanity and separate shower stall. 

The yacht has a 60 US gallon fresh water tank; hot and cold pressure water; electric water heater; holding tank with both deck-plate and a discharge pump.

The interior of the yacht is finished to the very high standard of this builder with high gloss teak joinery, panel doors; marble counter tops, teak and holly sole and vinyl headliner trimmed in teak. The yacht  has Cruise Aire air conditioning (2 units) with ducts for the heating. 

Three Yamaha 250hp four stroke outboards with new stainless steel propellers and lower units in 2019; approximately 525 hours on the engines; 400 US gallon fuel capacity; bow thruster.

The yacht has both 12 and 110 volt systems. The 12 volt system is supplied by alternators on the engines, and  via an automatic battery charger, from 1120 volt AC, to selector switches and a circuit breaker panel. There are new (2020) 2- 8D House System batteries plus a new (2020) 8D engine starting battery.  The 110 volt system is supplied by a new (2021) 6Kw Onan diesel generator. The generator is supplied by a 50 gallon fuel tank and it has its’ own starting battery. The generator is being installed in April 2021. There is also a 50 amp shore power connection with cord.
