This is a very pretty Scandinavian design with a lovely double-ended stern with tumblehome. She has been lightly used by her current owner mostly for day-sailing. There has been much upgrading of the engine, sails and the interior, particularly the galley.

The yacht sleeps 5 and has 5’10” headroom.
Vee berth forward with enclosed head aft to port with a hanging locker opposite to starboard. The main cabin has a ‘U’ shaped settee with a drop-leaf table to port and a settee opposite. The galley is aft to port with a quarter-berth and small bureau to starboard.
The head has a Jabsco marine toilet with overboard discharge, sink and vanity. A holding tank is fitted but not connected. The Galley has a 2 burner Origo (non-pressurized) alcohol stove with oven and cutting-board top; ice box, stainless steel sink. Fresh water at both sinks is accessed via hand pumps from a 20 gallon stainless steel tank.
The interior has teak veneer bulkheads, solid teak trim, blue fabric upholstery and a painted plywood cabin sole. There is a Force 10 kerosene, bulkhead mounted, heater.
2013 Yanmar model #3Y20, 20 HP marine diesel inboard; Fresh Water Cooling (heat-exchanger); hour meter showing 120 hours to the time of listing; 6 gallon stainless steel fuel tank; 3 bladed fixed propeller. The engine provides a 5.5 kt. Cruising speed and a top speed in excess of 6 kts.
The yacht has both 12 volt DC and 110 volt AC systems. The 12 volt system is supplied by an alternator on the engine through a selector switch to 2 lead-acid batteries (2019), thence to a selector switch, fuse panel and on to lights and accessories. The 110 volt system is supplied by shore-power connection. A 30 amp shore-cord is included. She has a full complement of cabin and navigation lights.
The yacht has an aluminum mast, main boom and spruce jib club (boom); stainless steel standing rigging; internal halyards; main sheet traveller; flag halyard; boom vang; topping lift; Harken sheet winches and one halyard winch; winch handles.
MAINSAIL, Michelle Stevens, full battens, slab reefing (2014); CLUB JIB: Michelle Stevens, self-tacking (2010); GENOA: North (2003). There are blue sail covers for the mainsail and working jib.
