1979 C&C 30

The C &C 30 is a great all around user-friendly boat.
Forgiving, stiff sailing, spacious and equally at home in a cove or on the race course.
The foredeck is clean, with large side decks going forward is a pleasure in any weather. The cockpit is large and the seats are long providing room & comfort.

Solid fiberglass hull with a balsa cored deck. Lead keel. "Tortuga" is a fun, stiff boat that makes and excellent cruiser with racing capabilities.
Starting forward with a large fully enclosed V-berth with shelving outboard, removable filler piece.
Aft to port is the head with marine toilet, stainless sink with shower faucet, lots of storage.
Across to starboard is large hanging locker.
The main cabin features a straight settee to starboard with storage under and shelves outboard.
To port are facing settees with a convertible dinette table that forms double berth. Shelves outboard.
Fully aft is the galley, well equipped with hot and cold pressure water, two-burner propane stove with oven insulated icebox lots of storage and counter space. Propane cabin heater. Teak and holly cabin sole.
The cockpit is large, comfortable and well laid out for short handed sailing. All lines run to the cockpit through six clutches to cabin top winches. Roller furling and wheel steering make Tortuga a breeze to sail.
