Construction

Off-white fibreglass hull with blue boottop and cove stripe; red bottom paint; teak over fibreglass decks; teak trim on deck; off –white fibreglass deckhouse; long fin keel with skeg supported rudder; bow and stern pulpits with lifelines; 2 gates; numerous opening ports; 3 deck hatches plus a large sliding hatch in the pilot-house; hydraulic wheel steering in two stations; emergency tiller.


Accommodations

The yacht sleeps 6 to 7; she has 6’3” headroom. Fore and aft staterooms each with an adjoining head: Jabsco marine toilets, holding tank, sinks and showers. Water capacity: 119 US gallons; dockside and engine generated hot water; the galley has a 2 burner LPG stove with oven (gimballed), double stainless steel sinks; large ice box with refrigeration and much counter and locker space. There is an over-head hatch and ventilator over the galley. The yacht is finished to a high standard typical of this builder: teak furnishings and trim, vinyl headliners; teak cabin soles; blue and gray fabric upholstery.

The yacht has air conditioning, Espar diesel furnace and a ‘bus’ heater that runs off of the engine.


Engine

1978 Ford marine diesel inboard engine; 85 HP; major over-haul in 2006; fresh-water cooling (heat exchanger); fuel capacity: 160 US gallons; 700 mile range under power; 8 kt. Cruising speed; hour meter (about 800 hrs. since over-haul); miscellaneous spare parts.


Electrical System

The yacht has both 12 Volt DC & 110 volt AC systems. The 12 volt system is supplied by an alternator on the main engine through selector switches to 4 lead-acid batteries thence to a circuit breaker panel and on to lights and accessories. The 110 volt system is supplied by shore-power connection (50’ shore cord included) to a circuit breaker panel and on to receptacles and the hot water heater.

The yacht has a full complement of cabin, courtesy, navigation and spreader lights.


Sails & Rigging

5 SAILS: Genoa and Staysail by North; Main and Mizzen by US Sails; Spinnaker. All are reported to be in good condition. Aluminum masts and booms and spinnaker pole; stainless steel wire-rope standing rigging; Lewmar winches; roller furling gear for the Genoa (the staysail hanks-on); main sheet traveler; flag halyards; internal halyards.


Electronics

Standard-Horizon VHF; Compasses at each helm; Navman Speedometer & depth sounder; Autopilot with controls at both helm stations; Raymarine RADAR; AM/FM/CD stereo.


General

CQR and fishermen’s anchors, 1 chain and one line anchor rode w/ chain leader; electric windless; clear-view screen; windshield wiper; 3 man inflatable Dinghy; cradle; dock-lines and fenders; boat hook; search light; horn; swim ladder; clock; barometer; barbeque; engine & equipment manuals.
