Freedoms are famous for the simplicity of the rig. There is no cruiser better designed or built for shorthanded operation. All sail controls are handled easily with a two speed ELECTRIC WINCH so raise, reef, sheet, vang, both main and jib from the safety of the cockpit. The main is fully battened and kept in control with lazy jacks. The jib is the Camberspar which is self tacking and very efficient. Storm trysail and storm jib were added for the cruise. Spare main with cover. Newer running rigging and blocks.
