Construction and Deck

White fiberglass hull interprotected in 2004. White non-skid decks. Lead keel with spade rudder. 

 

The large, T-shaped cockpit is comfortable and well laid out. Wheel steering with binnacle and cockpit table. Engine controls are mounted on binnacle. A raise helm seat provides excellent support even when heeled. The drop transom opens to reveal the swim platform and allows easy entry. A large cockpit locker is to starboard with another smaller one to port. Handrails run the length of the cabin house. The foredeck is wide and easy to work within. A double bow pulpit with double lifelines running aft.  Removable canvass enclosure with side and aft curtains provides excellent shelter during inclimate weather.

Accommodations

Starting forward with a fully enclosed V-berth cabin featuring a double berth (with removable filler piece), storage and tankage under, shelving outboard, teak hull liner. The forward cabin is comfortable and private. The main cabin consists of a U-shaped dinette to port with a drop-leaf table which converts to a large double berth, shelving and cabinets outboard, and storage under. To port a straight settee provides for additional seating a single berth and doubles as seating for the aft facing nav station. The nav station features a large chart table with storage under as well as drawers. To port, the functional galley is well equipped with a two-burner propane stove with oven, top loading ice box, stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressure water, lots of counter and storage space. Aft to starboard, the fully enclosed head is large and fully lined with fiberglass (making cleaning easy). The head has a marine toilet, sink and vanity, showering facilities. Fully aft to port is the large double aft cabin with hanging locker. 2017 cushions. Solid teak trim throughout. Teak and holly cabin sole.Force 10 cabin heater; Clarion stereo with speakers
