This 30' Catalina sloop is very popular for good reason. She is spacious below and in the cockpit and is known for her sailing abilities.
"SOLUS" has been well cared for over the years with new Main 2017 and 110 volt mini fridge . The engine was pull out in 2017 with new heat exchanger, oil sensor and oil pan.
