1984 Shannon 38 Pilothouse

Only nine Shannon 38 pilothouse models were built, and each one was customized to the buyer’s wishes. TE-PAH-TU has navigation desk in the pilothouse, just aft of the helm station. Opposite, to port, you'll find a pair of seats with a table.  Going forward the large Galley is on Port and Starboard. In the main saloon there is a center-line mounted, teak drop-leaf table, with a pair of settee/berths Port and Starboard. The head compartment is forwards to starboard with Jabsco toilet and shower:  the private owner’s stateroom is forward. Propane bulkhead mounted heater.

There is lots of storage on the yacht, in lockers, drawers and storage bin's.

Galley

The Galley double sink is near the center-line providing good drainage and there is plenty of storage.  Nova Cool refrigeration(2016) is to starboard with the top available for use as counter-space.

Aluminum mast and boom, rod rigging except cutter rig with one wire inner forestay, Self tailing winches(2x Lewmar 46s for jibs,1X Lewmar 40 for mainsail, 1X Lewmar 36 for staysail), Harken Cruise II forestay furling, hank on stay sail, 2X Forspar telescopic whisker poles.

Doyle sails, Dacron mainsail with Stack Pack and lazy jacks, 150% genoa with UV protection, 120% jib, 180% Jib Lite, code zero, cruising asymmetric spinnaker, @X stay sails(one 4 years old), yankee, storm try sail.

Perkins 4-108 50hp FWC inboard diesel(approx 2000hours)

6X 6 volt deep cycle golf cart batteries for house(720 Amp hours) and 12 battery for engine, newer battery wiring, battery equalizer, Blue Sea volt and Amp meters, 110 volt shore power, 50 watt solar panel mounted on Davits, 2016 50 watt battery charger.

1X CQR 45lbs anchor with chain and rode, 1X danforth anchor, bow sprite double anchor rollers, manual windlass, 30 inch stainless steel life lines, storm windows for pilot house, Avon 4 man offshore life raft, McMurdo EPIRB, 5X jack stands, dock lines and fenders, Hydrovane wind vane auto steering, emergency tiller.
