The 35 Mk 3 is a fast, stiff design with a large T-shaped deep cockpit and her interior layout is comfortable for two couples or a family to cruise her.

Vee berth forward with privacy door which sleeps two.
Next aft to port is the head with overboard discharge, holding tank, stainless steel sink.
Opposite to starboard is a hanging locker.
In the main cabin to port is an “L” shaped dinette (converts to a double berth) with storage outboard. To starboard is a single settee.
Next aft to port is the galley. The galley is equipped with a double stainless steel sink; top load icebox; three burner propane stove w/oven; hot & cold pressure water; salt water foot pump.
To starboard is the navigation station with chart table and double quarter berth aft. Access to the engine compartment is under the companionway behind ladder.
The interior appointments include Blue / Green curtains and upholstery.
This boat is powered by a 1984 Yanmar 3GMD, 20 HP raw water cooled Inboard diesel that has been professionally maintained. The cruising speed is 6 knots @ 2000 RPMs and the boat has a maximum speed of 8 knots @ 4000 RPMs. The fuel tank capacity is 20 gallons and the fuel tank is fiberglass. The engine is raw water cooled and features an oil/water/temp alarm, bilge blower and raw water filter. The propeller is fixed.
